All American Heating cane to service my furnace today. Mike was efficient, educational and professional. Really appreciated him. He also came within the scheduled time window.The scheduler on the other hand were not so great. I called the morning of the appointment to determine the arrival time during the 4 hour window, and the scheduler gave inaccurate information. SO be extremely specific when speaking with the schedulers, don't assume they know travel times to and from jobs.

Amazing! I got the text that the tech wa son his way. Tech was knowledgeable and clean and friendly. While they fixed one issue- another part of my furnace failed, so they were able to find a part and fix that. Highly recommend

Mike did an excellent job investigating and determining a problem between a valve and thermostat for a room that was overheating. He was able to figure out quickly what the issue was and get it resolved. Ended up being a stuck valve for a mislabeled zone.

Mark was excellent.I had other companies look at the system and really didn't know what to do. But Mark gave me a couple of options for what I wanted. He presented me with some very good recommendations on how to proceed on a 50 year old boiler system. Others just wanted to rip out what was there and start anew. All-American's Superb reputation is true! Tom P. did a complete boiler check-up for me on a 23 yr old system for hydronic radiant heat.He listened to my issues and after the complete comprehensive check, walked me through every area of the system simply and let me know what I had assumed. My system was all working, but at the end of it's life and far less efficient at this point.This was the issue I was having with the system struggling to efficiently keep thermostat temps I programmed.No surprise here, but he layed out all my options and we both agreed I would most likely have to replace it soon or I would slowly start to have it fail part by part.It could break soon or last a few years longer?However, the great communication and clear nature that Tom explained everything was wonderful! A++He made my vague comprehension and a complicated problem very transparent and understandable and discussed my options easily.I wish more contractors were like Tom and All-American. I will only use them from here on out!Jenae, who assisted me in the office when I called was professional and great too.I had heard about All-American and read the awesome reviews, so it was incredibly refreshing to have a kind, straightforward, fair in price and practice company to turn to.Hip, Hip Hooray for Tom P. and All-American Heating! We had some issues with our boiler system so had them do the yearly maintenance and take a look. The service person was.awesome He did a great maintenance and explained everything with photos. He found two key issues that were addressed as well. We have used them for a few years and will keep using them

We were worried we weren’t going to have heat during the upcoming storm. Mike Lykins of All American Heating came out and got the furnace running. Mike went through the furnace and checked and cleaned everything. He explained everything he did and went up and above to make sure I understood everything. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you…..we are toasty warm now.

We have been using All American Heating for over 7 years as we have updated, installed and cared for two different heating systems and boilers at two different houses.I want to send a shout out to our technician, Tom P., who took the time to explain the necessity in cleaning our new boiler system. He not only showed us pictures of before and after but he also checked on product warranties before replacing parts that were still under warranty. His explanations and pictures stressed the importance of the annual cleaning of the system, which we were skeptics to invest in since it was a new system. Keeping the system maintained and cleaned will extend the life of our boiler and prevent unwanted repairs.I highly recommend All American Heating to anyone looking for a reputable company. RR

I can’t say enough great things about All American. I called them in a panic because my water heater was leaking and they were able to get someone to me asap and replace the water heater in the same day. Mark, Tim, and Ethan? were all so so amazing and I will definitely be calling them anytime I need a plumber.

I was very happy with my first interaction with this company because the technician who came out to our house was amazing. I was fortunate to have the owner come out and he came on the same day that I called for help with my broken boiler . He was able to get my 45-year-old boiler working again temporarily and has started the process to get a new furnace for me in a quick way.During the install the following technicians gave excellent service: Ethan, Draven Jeff and Juan.Juan was the primary plumber and installer of the boiler. He laid out all his supplies so that he could easily access all of it. He did an amazing job.

I had a leak in my well pump water tank and had an inch of water in my basement. I had to shut off the water and called to get an appointment. They escalated this call to urgent and had Mark out within an hour and the entire project repaired in the same day! Unbelievable service! They had a team who got this done at what I consider to be a reasonable price. These guys are fantastic!

As part of my whole house remodel, All American improved the original ductwork and upgraded the original single furnace system with two high-efficiency furnaces to keep my two-floor home comfortable. Additionally, we installed a high efficiency water heater, steam shower and finish fixtures in several bathrooms. Subsequent service has been great with any and all issues resolved.

Have been an extremely satisfied customer service for many years. On a different scale of "10", I would give AAH a "15". Just recently they did the yearly check of heating and water at our mountain cabin with tech uCraig who was superb and by mistake I called him late at night and he answered and was extremely helpful and hospitable. Cannot say enough praiseworthy comments about AAH and all their staff.

Mark Harrill came to do an estimate and he was exactly on time. He spent almost an hour with me discussing the work and making suggestions about which boiler to purchase and how he was recommending to install the new system. I have a lot of experience with commercial mechanical systems in large manufacturing buildings. Mark was spot on with how this system should be installed. When all was said and done, I got a much better, high efficiency system, with multiple safety features, as compared to a "competitive" estimate that was $12,000 more!!!!!Juan was my installer and the install looks like a work of art. All the valves and related piping neatly lined up on a wall mount system. No longer a "spider web" of random piping.

An hour late for my appointment, appt was schedule 3 weeks ago sent pictures in for a new washer box and valves and they come in and say oh well we will have to order parts and wait about 2-3 weeks for them. So in two month I can finally use my washer. Then person started quoting us on other things that we don’t need done. Waste of time and will not use this company again

The front office was great in coordinating a time to replace the hot water heater. Gage and Jeff were very respectful of our home when installing the water heater. The installation went forward without incident and all seems fine after 2 weeks. The 2 year warranty from All American is great and that’s in addition to the manufacturer warranty. I highly recommend All American and thank them for a job well done from the front office to the installation!

We have something crazy going on with our boiler, having people that have worked on them for years unable to figure out this conundrum. We finally broke down and called the experts. These folks sent out an incredibly helpful fella that was concerned about our safety and our lack of heat. He drove to us on a Friday evening with the wind whipping like crazy and the frigid temps making it miserable to be outdoors. The service tech was knowledgeable, professional, and patient!
